The constructions stared on 25 May,2004 and its completed on 23 March 2004.It is owner by the Ministry of Culture of Pakistan.Structural Engineer is Mushtaq Daud.and Civil Engineer is Wasim Rajput.The main contractor is universal corporation private LTD.The Cost incurred is more then 580 millions.

 From air the actual monument appears to be a new star (center) plus a crescent moon (formed by walls forming the actual petals) these types of stand for the actual celebrity in addition to crescent in Pakistan's a flag.The metallic crescent surrounding the star is inscribed the saying of Quaid Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the poetry of Allama Iqbal.
